1. Refunds for Digital Products

1.1 No Refunds: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products. This includes, but is not limited to, game accounts, digital codes, gift cards, downloadable content (DLC), and any other digital items.

2. Refunds for Physical Products

2.1 Eligibility: Refunds are only available for physical products purchased from Souqix. To be eligible for a refund, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.
  • The request for a refund must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

2.2 Refund Process: To request a refund for a physical product, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at support@souqix.com to initiate the refund request.
  • Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation or photos if applicable.
  • Return the product to us using the return instructions provided by our support team. The product must be returned in its original packaging.

2.3 Refund Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days.

2.4 Non-Refundable Items: Please note that certain items may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Products that are returned after the specified return period.

3. Exchanges

3.1 No Exchanges for Digital Products: Exchanges are not available for digital products.

3.2 Exchanges for Physical Products: Exchanges for physical products are subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same procedure as outlined for refunds and specify the desired replacement product.
